IT Requirements Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Requirements Manager to lead and coordinate requirements management activities for our Portal Solutions projects. In this role, you will serve as the central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers ensuring smooth delivery from requirements gathering through to operational handover. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed requirements analysis in collaboration with business departments.Oversee operational IT requirements management throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate and manage external service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Facilitate the handover to IT operations and maintain transparency during implementation.Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT security, and data protection teams.Maintain clear and effective communication with business stakeholders, IT departments, and external partners.Document, validate, and assure the quality of all requirements. Your ProfileDegree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.5+ years of professional experience in IT requirements management or a related field.Demonstrated experience in service provider selection and management.Strong background in demand management and project management.Solid understanding of delivery and operational models.Experience with portal development projects.Industry experience in the energy sector is a plus.High degree of customer orientation, with a proactive and hands-on approach.Excellent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken).
