Responsibilities

• You set up our developer platform and operate it reliably
• You automate infrastructure with Ansible and Helm (Infrastructure as Code)
• You implement and maintain monitoring solutions with Grafana and Prometheus
• You manage our CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines
• You operate and optimize our Kubernetes clusters (especially OpenShift)
• You ensure security on the platform through best practices and proactive measures
• You manage and optimize databases, especially MongoDB

What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family , you possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Moreover, you should bring with you

• Completed training in the IT sector or a degree in computer science - or a comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally with Ansible and Helm
• Knowledge of monitoring (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines
• Sound knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Understanding of IT security best practices
• Ideally experience with MongoDB
• Very good knowledge of German and good command of English
