What can you expect?

• You are the main security escalation point for our customers and our 1st-level support team
• You troubleshoot and resolve complex security-related issues, especially around ML-based security solutions
• You provide solution-oriented support for cloud environments, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• You run security audits and compliance checks and guide customers on implementing best practices
• You help improve and automate security and support processes across IT Ops

What should you bring along?

• You have completed an IT apprenticeship or have equivalent experience as a system administrator, ideally with a focus on IT security
• You have hands-on experience with MDM systems, including security policies, application control, and conditional access
• You possess a strong understanding of securing Windows environments and cloud security, such as Conditional Access, DLP, Sentinel, and STIGs
• Nice to have: you have exposure to SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM, or frameworks like ISO 27001 or BSI Grundschutz
• You are customer-focused, patient, and committed to a security-first mindset
• You are hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven in your daily work and fluent in English (C1)
