IT Systemadministrator - Focus: IT-Support, Asset Management (m/f/d)

Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator with a focus on IT Support, Patch Management, and Asset Management to strengthen our IT team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve incoming 1st and 2nd level IT support requests.
• Efficiently process support tickets in compliance with defined SLAs using Atlassian ServiceDesk.
• Install, maintain, and manage hardware and software.
• Support the configuration and use of workplace IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Ensure data security and proper access control.
• Support and maintain the Teams-based telephony solution.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users to ensure effective use of IT resources.

Your Profile

• min. 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of internal customer needs.
• Proficiency in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Solid understanding of IT support methodologies and service-oriented workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and create technical documentation in English.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
