A leading international law firm is seeking a highly motivated and commercially-minded lawyer to join its dynamic IP/IT & Data Privacy team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for junior to mid-level associates to contribute to a diverse and high-profile caseload involving complex transactions and regulatory advice for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on a wide range of IP, technology, and data protection issues.
Supporting complex commercial transactions, outsourcing agreements, and digital transformation projects.
Assisting with cross-border matters involving GDPR compliance, data sharing, and cyber risk.
Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, dispute resolution, and financial services sectors.
Developing thought leadership and contributing to internal and client training.

Candidate Profile:

German qualified lawyers (2 state exams) with 0–9 years PQE.
Experience or strong interest in IP, IT, and/or data privacy law.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
