Our Commercial teams play a key role in shaping how customers experience Shiftmove. They work closely with decision‑makers across small, mid‑sized and larger organisations to understand their challenges and help them unlock value through our platform.
Depending on the team and market our sales roles may involve:
- Engaging with prospects and customers to understand their business and operational needs
- Advising customers on solutions that create measurable value
- Running product conversations and demonstrations across our portfolio
- Managing opportunities end‑to‑end and collaborating with cross‑functional partners
- Building long‑term relationships based on trust, transparency and results
- Contributing to go‑to‑market strategy, process improvements and customer feedback loops
Requirements
