Job Description

In the Semiconductors area you will develop products ranging from power semiconductors for electric vehicles to automotive system ICs and IP modules, as well as MEMS sensors for smartphones, wearables, and drones. You will support identifying future topics for innovative systems in the semiconductor industry while working in agile development teams.

The program includes rotations through stations in Germany and abroad, advanced training, mentorship from top‑management, and preparation for a global management role.

Qualifications

• Personality: Demonstrated innovation and ingenuity in power electronics, ASICs, or MEMS sensors; able to inspire others and exhibit courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness.
• Background: Completed a technical master’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, chemistry, physics, natural sciences or similar. PhD and experience in semiconductor development (e.g., circuit design) is a plus.
• Experience & know‑how: At least three months of international experience and practical experience through demanding industrial internships. Very good command of English and some knowledge of German.
