Join a rapidly growing, Munich-based Fintech building the future of financing. We're seeking a (Junior) Product Manager to launch and steer a brand-new, robust platform, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the product's trajectory from the ground up.

Your Mission

• Define and Execute Product Vision: Take full accountability for the product roadmap, managing the feature backlog and prioritizing development efforts to achieve strategic goals.
• Deeply understand the end-to-end user flow, translating insights into well-defined, intuitive features that enhance platform intelligence and ease of use.
• Act as the central hub, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared understanding across engineering, sales, and executive leadership.
• Conduct continuous market analysis and competitive landscaping to identify and capitalize on opportunities that enhance and expand the platform's value proposition.

What You Bring

• Proven SaaS Product Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing and evolving successful SaaS products.
• Highly effective communication and organizational abilities, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple, high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product evolution by proactively engaging with customers and the broader market to pinpoint and validate new feature potential.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required for effective internal and external communication.
