We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic Project Manager to help cultivate an engaging, compliant, and high‑performing workplace culture as we grow. As a Senior Project Manager at Flatpay, you will drive high‑impact, time‑sensitive initiatives from idea to result with speed, structure, and clarity. You’ll turn ambiguous requests into crisp plans, self‑serve inputs, and deliver polished outputs often within hours, not weeks. Operating autonomously and pragmatically, you’ll manage multiple streams in parallel, communicate progress proactively, and partner closely with the People Director to move the most important priorities forward without reliance on overtime.

What you'll do

• Drive multiple high‑priority, time‑sensitive projects end‑to‑end with strong structure and clear outcomes
• Translate ambiguous requests into concrete plans and deliverables quickly, without over‑engineering
• Produce high‑quality documents and presentations by self‑serving existing materials and best practices
• Set crisp scopes, milestones, and success metrics; keep owners accountable and risks transparent
• Run rapid live problem‑solving and case‑style work to test options and deliver within hours, not weeks
• Communicate progress and blockers proactively to the People Director and core stakeholders
• Context switch effectively across parallel streams while maintaining quality and speed

Who you are

• 3-5 years experience in project, program, or operations roles with a track record of fast, high‑quality delivery
• Exceptionally strong execution, prioritization, and time management without reliance on overtime
• Autonomous and resourceful: finds inputs independently, learns quickly, and makes sound trade‑offs
• Clear, concise communicator; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency with productivity and documentation tools; strong slide‑writing and structuring skills
• Comfortable operating under pressure and shifting priorities in a pragmatic, business‑first way
• Excellent German skills; able to operate in fast‑moving, high‑expectation contexts
• Experience in People, Operations, or Sales environments is a plus
