Junior Sales Executive (DACH Market)

Location: Düsseldorf area (hybrid) or within 100 km | Germany-based candidates only
Salary: €40k–50k base + €15k commission (OTE)

Looking to break into tech sales but don’t know where to start?

Background could be: university graduate (business, tourism, hospitality, economics), front desk or reservations agent, travel/tourism, or similar customer-facing hospitality or booking platforms exposure. What matters most is your drive!

I’m recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS platform that’s transforming how hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals manage reservations and connect with guests. With more than 30,000 customers across Europe and North America, the business is expanding rapidly in the DACH region and is searching for motivated talent to fuel this growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Calling and engaging with prospects in your assigned territory (a mix of warm and cold leads).
• Running online product demos and learning how to present confidently.
• Managing your pipeline in the CRM and following up with leads from email campaigns and inbound enquiries.
• Hitting activity goals (calls, demos, follow-ups) while keeping the energy high.
• Collaborating with marketing, customer onboarding, and support teams to deliver the best customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Native/fluent German speaker.
• Conversational English for internal communication.
• Motivated, energetic, and ready to prove yourself in sales.
• Background could be: university graduate, hospitality/front desk experience, or similar.
• A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
