Astronergy Solar Europe is seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Director to drive business development and strategic channel expansion across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) . This role focuses on growing distributor partnerships and managing key accounts to accelerate regional sales performance and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts across the DACH region, with a strong focus on channel partners and key distributor accounts .
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term partnerships with top-tier distributors and strategic customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and perform market/competitor research to support channel and key account strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, preparation, and execution.
  • Work closely with sales operations on order management, delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and provide insights to management for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, International Trade, Electrical Engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 3 years of international B2B sales experience , ideally in PV modules, inverters, mounting systems, or renewable energy solutions .
  • Proven experience in channel development and key account management in the DACH region.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and industrial/channel sales models.
  • Fluent in German and English ; both can be used as daily working languages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Candidates already based in the DACH region are strongly preferred (local professionals or overseas Chinese welcome).
