Responsibilities

  • Pitching and Persuading: Proactively engaging with restaurants, both over the phone and in person, to showcase the unique value and benefits of partnering with Uber Eats. You'll master tailoring your pitch to highlight our latest products, pricing models, and strategic initiatives.
  • Driving the Full Sales Cycle: Managing leads, nurturing relationships, negotiating commercial terms that create win-win outcomes, and securing signed contracts.
  • Ensuring Partner Success: Guiding new restaurant partners through a comprehensive setup process, advising on everything from offer strategies to menu optimization and operational readiness, ensuring a seamless launch and strong start on the platform.
  • Collaborating for Smooth Launches: Working closely with our onboarding, operations, and account management teams to guarantee a cohesive and successful transition for new partners.
  • Exceeding Targets: Consistently meeting and surpassing monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of Uber Eats in Germany.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role with a strong history of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. You're adept at influencing key decision-makers and skillfully navigating objections.
  • Self-Motivation & Organization: A highly self-motivated and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently and effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track progress.
  • Languages: Fluent German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with or experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
