Location: Germany (Hybrid / Remote)Office Location: Bavaria Region but you can be based anywhere in GermanyClient: Leading company that makes the technology that allows machines, sensors, and computers in factories or industrial settings to communicate to each other About the Role:As a Key Account Manager, you will acquire and grow selected Key Accounts, focusing on repeatable, high-volume, and profitable business opportunities. You’ll execute the aligned account strategy and track success through relevant KPIs. Key Responsibilities:Drive sales of our client’s energy products and services to assigned Key Account customers in target markets, including renewable energies, battery energy storage, and substation automation.Ideally possess skills in Industrial Automation / Industrial Networking / Process AutomationUtilize your professional sales expertise to meet and exceed sales quotas and business targets.Build long-term relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeatable business growth.Represent our client as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions aligned with customer needs. What We’re Looking For:1 or 2 years’ experience in Key Account Management, ideally but not necessarily within the energy sector, either with existing or new clients.Strong understanding of the DACH energy market and its dynamics.Technical background, ideally an engineering degreeStrategic mindset with the ability to execute account plans and achieve measurable results.Willingness to work in a hybrid/remote environment across Germany.
