Your Growth Journey
You’ll influence marketplace expansion by building a thriving seller network across ~35 collectible subcategories, from rare sports memorabilia to vintage numismatics. Working in the DACH region – this platform’s most established market – you’ll create lasting impact through strategic relationship building, thoughtful prospecting, and networking. Your seller development work will strengthen the platform’s position across trading cards, stamps, and luxury collectibles, including collaborative partnerships with major organisations.
The Team & Culture
You’ll work alongside passionate category experts who assess items and champion seller success, creating a collaborative acquisition-to-support journey. The fully remote team spans multiple regions with quarterly team celebrations and peer recognition programmes. This culture values relationship builders who can authentically connect with collectors whilst contributing to collective growth.
What Success Looks Like
Your focus will be cultivating long-term seller relationships rather than pure volume metrics, typically developing 45–60+ new seller partnerships quarterly. You’ll research and connect with potential sellers, conduct meaningful conversations in German, and guide them through their marketplace journey. Trade fair participation (2–3 events quarterly) will deepen your presence and strengthen industry relationships. You’ll help shape the seller experience that drives sustainable platform growth.
Career Development
Collaborative mentorship from your sales manager emphasises relationship development and strategic thinking skills. You’ll build deep category knowledge across collectibles sectors, with a €1,200+ annual development budget for industry networking and learning. Clear advancement opportunities exist toward senior relationship roles or regional leadership as the DACH team grows.
Excellence Standard
You bring ~4 years of commercial experience with natural relationship-building instincts and genuine curiosity about people’s stories. Empathetic communication style matters more than specific collectibles knowledge. You’re comfortable with consultative conversations, energised by industry events, and motivated by helping others succeed. Fluent German is essential for authentic seller relationships, with enthusiasm for travel across DACH region trade events.
Compensation
up to €55k base | Team bonus up to 2.6x monthly salary annually + quarterly IC bonus | Benefits include car allowance, €25/month WFH allowance | Initial working from home set-up
