This is technical leadership , not management — you’ll be shaping the architecture, building the most important AI systems, and mentoring engineers in best practices.

The Role

As Lead AI Engineer, you’ll be the tech driver for their AI capabilities , building systems that directly impact patient care and healthcare operations across Europe.

You’ll work on:

• Designing and deploying production‑grade AI pipelines for healthcare data
• Automate healthcare workflows with AI Agents
• Develop self‑learning Human in the Loop AI systems
• Building RAG pipelines and knowledge graphs tailored to medical documents and research
• Creating AI agents that reason across structured and unstructured health data
• Scaling complex ML systems for real‑world, highly regulated environments
• Lead the way on all things LLM Ops and Agent Orchestration

Tech Environment

• Python, Node.js, Rust, Typescript and much more
• Structured and unstructured data modelling
• Real‑time data pipelines using technologies like Kafka
