Stellenbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Lead System Integration Engineer to join a major OEM engineering environment, supporting the design, integration, and validation of advanced vehicle functions across ADAS, Infotainment, and EV systems. This role sits within an interdisciplinary agile team and focuses on applying agile integration and test methods across virtual and physical ECUs from the earliest phases of development through to full system validation. It is a strong fit for engineers with experience in systems engineering, vehicle networks, test automation, and complex automotive test environments, who enjoy working closely with development teams to bring software-centric vehicle functions to life early in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of an interdisciplinary agile team designing and applying agile integration and test methods for new and advanced features including ADAS, Infotainment, and EV systems
  • Interact with software design & architecture, virtualization, and other validation teams
  • Continuously integrate logical functions and features of a system architecture via virtual and physical ECUs
  • Start early with high virtualization and work in cross-functional agile teams
  • Work side by side with development engineers from the early design phase until system validation
  • Integrate early implementations and requirement models from day one
  • Challenge design and logical architecture in the earliest phase with a focus on delivering a strong end-to-end system experience
  • Contribute across design verification, architecture verification, system integration, and product validation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
  • 3 years of experience in systems engineering, vehicle network development, and industrialization, minimally on a sub-system domain level
  • Experience with test automation tools such as ECU Test and dSPACE Control Desk
  • Exposure to AUTOSAR architecture and PReevision is an added advantage
  • Good technical knowledge of E/E architecture and vehicle networks, their functions, and features
  • Good understanding of automotive testing standards for distributed systems
  • Basic knowledge of agile test methods and test automation
  • Experience with complex test environments
  • Knowledge of automotive CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, and some IP communication protocols
  • Hands‑on experience with dSPACE Control Desk, Vector CANoe, and ECU Test for test automation
  • Knowledge of Python and CAPL scripting
  • Domain knowledge of Body, HVAC, and Powertrain functions
