Overview

T-Systems International GmbH, part of Deutsche Telekom, offers cutting‑edge digital solutions. We support ~600 customers with a complete SAP portfolio, from consulting and migration to SAP S/4HANA, Cloud operations, and application management. This role involves advising public sector clients on SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) implementations and projects.

Responsibilities

Advise public‑sector clients on transforming their ERP landscape, focusing on SAP PSM and SAP S/4HANA.
Take ownership of work packages across project phases: concept, implementation (customizing), migration, testing, training, user support, and 2nd‑level support.
Lead functional teams within the defined work packages.
Secure new business and contribute to bid teams for proposal development and quality assurance.
Lead or co‑lead projects and drive junior staff development in SAP PSM.

Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Informatics, Mathematics or equivalent; alternatively relevant professional training.
Minimum seven years’ experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions for the public sector finance domain (FI/PSM/PSCD).
Extensive consulting experience and project team leadership.
Strong methodological knowledge in both traditional and agile environments.
Deep understanding of SAP PSM processes, and related areas such as budget and funding management.
Experience leading or steering sub‑projects in S/4HANA or application management.
Knowledge of public‑sector accounting processes.
Experience with SAP PSM, FI/CO modules, and SAP Fiori (UI5).
Market awareness of SAP technologies (HANA, cloud).
Capability to identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities.
Willingness to travel 50‑75 % within Germany.
Excellent German and English (C1/B2).
