Lead Delivery Manager (x,f,m)

Overview

Join us as our new Lead Delivery Manager and shape how we deliver digital banking products at scale. In this role, you will manage and grow a team of Delivery Managers working across different business areas and locations. Your focus will be to create clarity, establish effective frameworks, and position Delivery Management as a trusted partner for product teams and company leadership. With your leadership and organizational skills, you’ll foster collaboration, support your team’s development, and drive continuous improvement in how we deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Build one strong team : Integrate all Delivery Managers into a unified group with clear standards for communication and collaboration.
• Establish effective frameworks : Design and roll out a practical Delivery Management framework that is widely adopted and brings visible improvements in daily work.
• Enable strategic impact : Guide your team in successfully supporting key initiatives, ensuring quality delivery, timeliness, and positive stakeholder feedback.
• Foster growth : Support each team member’s professional development with targeted plans and ongoing feedback.
• Raise the profile of Delivery Management : Make the function a trusted partner that product teams and leadership actively turn to for advice and support.

Qualifications

• Leadership : Experience in setting direction, building high-performing teams, and helping people do their best work.
• Stakeholder management : Proven ability to build strong relationships with product teams, tech, and senior leadership.
• Resilience & adaptability : A calm, solution-oriented mindset when plans change or challenges arise.
• Strong communication skills : Ability to ensure clear, open information flow within your team and across the organization.
• Process design & optimization : Skilled in identifying what works, standardizing best practices, and driving ongoing improvements.
• Proficiency in English & German (C1)
• You’re passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!

Additional skills

Additional skills and mindsets (a plus): workshop facilitation, agile working methods, problem-solving, results orientation, empathy, analytical thinking, and project management experience.
