Lead Developer (Next.js/NodeJS) (Remote - EU)

As a Lead Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge web applications, leading both frontend and backend development efforts. You will design system architecture, make critical technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality production code. This role combines hands-on coding with team leadership, mentoring developers, and implementing best practices in Agile workflows.
