Lead and inspire the Corporate Process Governance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set standards, methodologies, and policies for process design, modeling, and implementation, driving Continuous Process Improvement initiatives across Allianz Technology. Ensure compliance and control mechanisms are embedded in process execution, monitoring, and optimization, leading the design and rollout of the new Standard for Process Implementation. Guide and assess branches in adopting and implementing global process standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as DORA. Act as a strong partner and influencer for local and global stakeholders, enabling transformation and driving process maturity. Align process governance with business and regulatory requirements, ensuring effective implementation and continuous enhancement. What you bring
5+ years' experience in process governance/management, or business transformation. Strong understanding of governance models, frameworks and methodologies. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and structuring skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams, driving ownership and accountability. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and geographies. Experience managing transformation initiatives with a passion for transformation, innovation and enabling positive change. Curiosity and adaptability to understand and leverage new technologies. Experience in regulatory compliance is a plus (DORA or similar operational resilience regulations) with certifications in ITIL, BPM, or Process Governance as a plus. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use. What we offer
