DJJ is currently seeking a Training & Development Coordinator Sr. This role will support leadership training and development initiatives by coordinating, delivering, and/or supporting assigned leadership programs. Support the agency initiatives for alternate dispute resolutions, by providing mediation and coaching services. This position is critical in the Department’s ability to hire, develop, and retain a highly proficient workforce by providing required training to current and future employees.
