My client, a leading international law firm are looking for an experienced Legal PA to support the Head of the Region in Germany (Hamburg)

Key Duties

• Extensive diary and email management, including proactive planning, travel and meeting coordination, identifying scheduling conflicts, and independently resolving them where appropriate.
• Support the organisation of partner meetings, including agenda coordination, document preparation, and attending meetings to take minutes where required.
• Support the management of the partner performance and compensation process, including scheduling review meetings, managing partner team meetings, and collecting and distributing supporting documentation
• Support the Head of Germany with partner and fee earner promotion processes, including managing and submitting business cases.
• Collaborate with finance teams to support the financial performance of fee earners, including billing and reporting.
• Manage all matter management processes, including dispute reviews and client due diligence.
• Deliver high-quality work and demonstrate technical expertise to support fee earners, proactively identifying and addressing knowledge gaps.
• Adhere to the firm’s risk and compliance policies and procedures, escalating any questions or issues promptly to the appropriate partner and/or the Risk and Compliance team.
