About the role

In short: Shape how Cellbyte grows, serves customers, and evolves its product.

Your key responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new pharma clients, building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
• Work with existing customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear product and business requirements.
• Combine commercial understanding with analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and product team on market and product strategy.

You might be a fit if…

• You have professional experience in a experience in pharma consulting or in a commercial pharma function (e.g. pricing,market access, launch excellence).
• You have a strong analytical mindset; familiarity with data tools or coding is a plus.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you turn ideas into clarity and high-impact solutions.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment, continuously willing to learn and understand customers.
• You have a get-it-done attitude, deeply committed, and willing to go the extra mile when it matters, because you care deeply about the problems you’re solving and the quality of your work.
