Manager (m/f/d) Commercial Real Estate Finance

Possible locations: Berlin

Your tasks

• Independent execution of new bank financing processes for the commercial real estate portfolio
• Selection of suitable financing partners and presentation of the financing project
• Analysis and selection of financing offers and preparation of decision templates for management
• Negotiation of financing contracts
• Communication with banks and external service providers as well as stakeholders within the company (e.g., Asset Management, Controlling, Legal)
• Preparation of internal and external reporting
• Cash flow analysis in MS Excel

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in commercial real estate financing
• Initial experience with financing for real estate funds is an advantage
• University degree or equivalent qualification in finance or training in a bank/real estate company
• Good communication skills and analytical ability
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data management
• Self-starter who likes to take initiative with the right tools and guidance
• Very good proficiency in English a must
