As our Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting and guiding our global on‑site Facility Services teams to consistently exceed customer expectations in service delivery. In this position, you will drive the development, implementation, and education of our global policies and practices, ensuring alignment, consistency, and collaboration across all operations worldwide.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop local and global policies and procedures in both German and English, as required
• Drive consistency, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation across all global sites
• Oversee audit planning, scheduling, execution, and close out to ensure compliance with internal standards as well as customer and external audit requirements
• Participate in and facilitate 8D and root cause analysis activities, ensuring timely completion of all actions and effective sharing of lessons learned
• Manage systems to ensure all documentation is digitally stored, easily accessible, secure, revision‑controlled, and continuously updated to reflect current practices
• Drive global quality excellence by managing NCR/Near Miss reporting, issuing Quality Alerts, standardizing KPI reporting, overseeing Contract Reviews, leading the Global Quality Committee, and ensuring a consistent customer satisfaction program

Show your expertise

• University degree and at least 3 years experience in a similar quality related function
• Knowledge / experience with QC Practices (ISO 9001) and working with ERP system (or similar)
• Experience with 8D Investigation methodology and Root Cause Analysis
• Technical / process knowledge of semiconductor sub‑fab activities would be very beneficial
• Ability to create detailed SOPs, Flow Charts, Presentations etc. and then to present to an audience
• Fluent in English & German (verbal & written)
• Travel Requirement 25‑50%
