Your Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store and online classroom coaching sessions across Europe (sales & service excellence, product knowledge, retail processes)
• Create and maintain scalable digital learning content (onboarding, micro-learning, training videos)
• Plan and execute seasonal launch trainings (2x per year)
• Co-develop and facilitate annual peak season meetings
• Lead and deliver pre-opening training bootcamps for new store openings
• Act as a performance partner for Store and Area Managers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously develop the European training framework

Your Experience And Competencies

• 3–5 years of experience in premium retail, ideally as a Retail Trainer or in retail management
• Strong background in classroom and digital training as well as instructional design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Structured, self-organized, and service-oriented working style
• Affinity for fashion, lifestyle, and the BIRKENSTOCK brand
• Experience with digital learning tools and modern training methods
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
