Service Technician

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team that oversees the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of automation solutions across marine environments worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipbuilding or maritime sector, be self-directed with strong initiative and hold fluency in German and English.

• Key Responsibilities


• Taking ownership of planning and executing service assignments including system commissioning, maintenance checks and troubleshooting of automation solutions


• Delivering expert-level technical assistance to clients globally using our product portfolio


• Designing and leading technical training sessions for customer teams. This includes developing bespoke content tailored to meet specific business needs.
