The Marketing Campaign & Brand Cooperations Lead (m/f/d) is responsible for our Brand Marketing Campaigns as well as our Brand collaborations.

As Campaign & Cooperation lead (m/f/d), you will be working with many different functions across the entire organization (Creative, Media, Buying, CRM, Analytics) and will collaborate with brand partners and external creative agencies.

Your team has the end-to-end responsibility to create 360° campaigns that help to build Breuninger´s brand ambitions internationally and position us as the leading omnichannel player in the DACH region and beyond. Part of the team is an International Coordinator that aims to translate market needs into our campaigns and leverage overall brand activations for our focus markets (PL, CH).

The ideal candidate (m/f/d) is a highly trained marketing professional, experienced in brand and campaign management with a passion for lifestyle and fashion. You must have strong strategic and executional skills, ensuring that the cross-functional team continuously strives for excellence and delivers ambitious and impactful campaigns. You are an extraordinary communicator and a stakeholder management champion.

• Delivering 360° brand campaigns and collaborations ensuring coherent, elevated and powerful executions across all touchpoints.
• Deep understanding of 360° channel orchestration including all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Evaluating Marketing activities and collaborations on a KPI level , aiming for the maximum return on brand and investment.
• Building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and partner brands.
• Leading and developing your campaign management team fostering an environment of excellence and efficiency including continuous process improvements and automation.
• Guiding our international markets , setting up processes to smoothly integrate market needs and driving brand awareness in focus markets.
• Managing and developing existing and new partnerships for relevant market and consumer segments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• German speaking .
• 8+ years’ experience in (brand) marketing ideally in consumer-facing lifestyle environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Project Management skills, always with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ambitious, pro-active with a hands-on / can-do attitude.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to reach out and engage with a broad range of colleagues and external partners.
• You love complex processes and continuous improvements across all involved parties as you strive for the best results.
