Job Overview

Leads the planning, development, and execution of marketing Software strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Oversees campaigns, market research, and promotional activities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Has a strong understanding of the software market and digital marketing, and several years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B technologies. Experience in thought leadership building (creating Relevance), demand generation, digital marketing (creating Reach), and managing campaigns.

Marketing expertise

• In-depth knowledge of software market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs
• Expertise in developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies
• Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEA, SEM and email marketing

Software and tools

• Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/C4C)
• Experience with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with common office software like Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear messaging and collaboration
• Leadership: Ability to lead teams and projects effectively
• Analytical: Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Project management: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative campaigns and strategies

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals
• Manage and protect brand identity across all channels
• Own and optimize digital and regional customer journeys
• Lead digital and event marketing initiatives to increase reach and lead generation
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive growth
• Create and manage content strategies for web, social, and email channels
• Conduct market and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Measure and report campaign performance and ROI to guide improvements
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and external partners for efficient delivery
• Lead and develop the marketing team to enhance capability and results
• Set, monitor, and improve commercial KPIs using continuous improvement methods
