 connects art and tech — blending physical experiences and our Exhibition Team growing with leaps and bounds.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Lead
 who lives and breathes measurable impact — someone who knows how to make people show up, engage and convert. You'll own the marketing side of the exhibition combining creative storytelling with hard-data performance.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute the full marketing roadmap — online and offline.
• Run paid & organic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and EU-specific channels.
• Localize content in 
  native and regional EU languages
   (DE, EN, FR, IT, ES, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with press, influencers, galleries, and event sponsors.
• Drive measurable audience growth, lead generation, and ticket conversions.
• Report on metrics — ROI, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion funnel — and iterate fast.
• Own the narrative of the exhibition brand and connect it to our broader platform vision.

Ideal Profile

• 3–7 years in a marketing agency or brand-side growth environment.
• Or an Agency Owner who knows what it takes to deliver results and not only talk about them.
• Strong hands-on experience with campaign design, analytics and audience segmentation.
• Based in Munich (or willing to relocate short-term).
• Thrives in founder-driven, no-excuses environments — fast, lean, outcome-based.
• Ready to take ownership: this is a
