Overview

Our client, a digital media agency, is looking for a Marketing Lead, to take ownership in creating and executing a marketing strategy decisions. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape the studio’s narrative, strengthen its brand presence, which impact the sales, marketing efforts, visibility, and client acquisition.

Duties Include:

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with the studios mission and growth goals. Focusing on Web Development and Software Outsourcing.
• With the help of engineers, connect marketing and sales activities, set up and maintain workflows, and use content to personalize experiences for various personas.
• Act as a key relationship builder - Lead client negotiations and strategic discussions, have proactive communication with clients, partners, and collaborators
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, design, and project teams
• Understand the studio’s services and technologies, communicate the selling points of every offering with clarity.
• Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

The preferred candidate must have experience in web development, software outsourcing, automation, marketing leadership roles. As well as understanding of the digital landscape, from web development trends to digital user behaviour. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
