Job Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing EMEA, you will be responsible for the successful alignment and execution of brand strategies across Germany and Benelux. You will drive retail marketing initiatives, local events, and social media strategies whilst coordinating our Pro Staff team. This role is pivotal in tailoring marketing efforts to maximize impact and performance in specific regions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead the development and implementation of in-store marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility to drive sales, as well as coordinating and executing local brand activation events to boost consumer awareness and loyalty. You will organise trade fairs, exhibitions and collaborate with the local Pro Staff team to ensure consistent brand advocacy. Managing and overseeing local social media accounts will play a vital part of this role, as well as budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with the wider sales and marketing teams across Europe.

Role Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience in trade/retail marketing in a similar international environment and a proven track record of event management and in-store marketing. Excellent project management and organisation skills are essential, together with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the region. English language skills are essential and additional European languages would be an added benefit. The ability to travel across the region is essential.
