About the role

This role within a quickly growing company requires a marketing universalist, who is able to adapt and execute marketing activities in all European countries with a focus on DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role needs a full attention from the planning to the execution of simple to complex marketing tasks. Furthermore a close collaboration with the Global marketing team in China is essential. For the role knowledge of in-store marketing is important and experience within DIY would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the most important markets within the EMEA region (main focus on DACH)
• Set relevant KPIs for lead generation, demand generation and brand awareness campaigns; monitor and improve them on a regular basis
• Support the local sales teams with marketing material (in-store/ online)
• Input to the Global marketing team the needs of the region
• Adapt international campaigns to local needs and languages
• Collaborate with product management, sales and external agencies
• Plan, design and support fairs and sales conventions
• Steer social media agencies and develop and execute content plan
• Be fully responsible for the regional budget planning and execution constantly monitoring and adjusting it accordingly
• Collaborate extensively with regional Sales teams and implement the regional marketing strategy
• Support the local website execution for EMEA
• Prepare the sell-in material for the sales teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communication
• 3 years plus experience in marketing, ideally for technical products including trade/ digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing disciplines
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities
• A dynamic driven character, who wants to get thinks done Team worker on international level

Location: Hamburg (Bahrenfeld) in a modern set-up (home office days etc.)
