Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our mass retail channel strategy within Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating growth, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators, and shaping medium to long-term future plans with customers.

About the Role

1. Channel Ownership: Commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
2. Customer Strategy: Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
