Join Netflix as a Measurement Partner – Germany .
Netflix is a global entertainment service with over 300 million paid memberships across 190+ countries. Our content includes TV series, films, games and more. We offer an ad‑supported tier providing advertisers a reach to deeply immersed audiences. In Germany, Netflix Ads is growing rapidly and we need a partner to build industry‑leading measurement for advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Advertising Sales team and respond to day‑to‑day measurement requests.
- Produce research and insights on audience, reach, frequency, attention, and campaign measurement.
- Create regular reports using proprietary and syndicated tools for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advocate the benefits of Video, TV and Big Screen advertising.
- Manage the full vendor‑led effectiveness study process – from intake to survey drafting, analysis and report creation. Present findings to agencies and advertisers.
- Support other team members with learning agendas & playbooks.
- Project‑manage output to ensure timely, high‑standard delivery and efficient processes.
- Handle general admin, including vendor onboarding and management.
- Collaborate on regional or global measurement projects as needed.
Experience & Skills
- 3 + years in media research/planning at streaming, TV, media agency or digital media company.
- Strong understanding of methodology, syndicated research, and analytics.
- Experience with effectiveness measurements (brand lift, market testing, A/B, MMM, campaign studies).
- Preferable TV, digital, media planning experience.
- Analytical skills in post‑campaign analysis.
- Experience in mid/lower‑funnel measurement, conversion, attribution, and sales lift.
- Knowledge of the advertising landscape across media channels; experience in Digital, Video and/or TV.
- Self‑starter with high attention to detail and project ownership.
- Highly organised, process‑oriented and efficient.
- Adaptable, open‑minded in a fast‑paced environment.
- Builds strong relationships; values diverse perspectives.
- Highly curious, seeks meaning behind data.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and German.
