As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and representing our brand across Sweden and Denmark. This is a field-based role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our portfolio of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clinical staff.
• Achieve sales targets and expand our market share within the assigned territory.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in relevant medical conferences and workshops.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, ortho, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; proficiency in another Nordic language is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Sweden and Denmark
