Main Responsibilities

• Presentation and sale of our innovative products, as well as providing guidance on their application and benefits
• Independently conducting sales meetings and negotiations, ideally with experience in direct sales
• Planning and implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
• Organizing and conducting product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for doctors and medical professionals
• Establishing and maintaining long‑term relationships with specialists, clinics, and practices in the fields of orthopedics and surgery

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Completed training as a pharmaceutical sales representative (d/f/m) or a comparable qualification according to §75 AMG
• Valid Class B driving license
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems
• Knowledge in the field of orthopedics and surgery
• Experience in sales, ideally in direct sales
• Excellent German language skills as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken

• Salary between €65,000 and €75,000
