Dein Aufgabenbereich / Your tasks

• You will create quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices in close coordination with the sales department and specialist departments
• You coordinate delivery dates in cooperation with purchasing and production
• You track open orders and quotations to provide our customers with excellent service
• You maintain and update customer and article data in our ERP system
• You take care of after‑sales customer support

Dein Profil / Your profile

• You have completed training as an industrial clerk or have a comparable qualification
• You are familiar with ERP systems
• Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• You are a team player, have good time‑management skills, and can work independently
• You have experience with MS Office
