Job Description

You will be working together with our development teams to build a first class cloud native infrastructure based on IaC and CI/CD pipelines to graduate our experimental machine learning algorithms and services to reliable, scalable, secure and privacy-aware production systems for our customers.

Your profile

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build scalable backend and frontend services for machine learning
• Strong experience with DevOps Tools (preferably GitLab) and implementing efficient DevOps strategies to scale with our needs
• Strong experience with cloud providers (preferably Google Cloud and Azure)
• Strong experience with IaC (preferably Terraform)
• Strong experience with containerisation and micro-service architectures, especially from a DevOps and tooling perspective (Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, Helm, ...)
• Some experience with MLOps principles and tooling is a plus
• Coding skills include Python and basic knowledge of mypy, pylint/black, pytest, etc.
• Experience with resource scaling / load balancing, config. management, deployment
• Designing secure and privacy-sensitive systems (GDPR compliance, wipeout/retention), user account management

Education

• B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D. in computer science a related field is required
• 3+ years of experience
