We are seeking experienced Mobile Project Managers to lead mobile tower upgrade projects across key regions in Germany. This role is vital for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of construction‑related activities that support next‑generation mobile networks.

Detailed Job Description

As a Mobile Project Manager at RIZE Recruitment, you will oversee end‑to‑end project execution for mobile tower upgrades, ensuring compliance with technical standards and timelines. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage contractors, and monitor progress to guarantee successful delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact projects for a leading systems provider serving German and European power grids, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Lead and manage mobile tower upgrade projects from planning to completion
• ✓ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery
• ✓ Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
• ✓ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on‑site
• ✓ Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ✓ Minimum 5 years of experience managing mobile projects on the construction side
• ✓ Strong understanding of mobile infrastructure and tower upgrade processes
• ✓ Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• ✓ Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines
• ✓ Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• ✓ Experience with European telecom standards and regulations
• ✓ Familiarity with renewable energy integration in telecom infrastructure
• ✓ PMP or PRINCE2 certification
