Your Mission

As a Mobile Service Technician for German Clients, you will ensure Dingli's aerial work platforms (AWP) and material handling equipment operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include providing on-site technical support through maintenance, inspections, and repairs across Germany, guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms at customer sites
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Document service activities and manage inventory of parts required for repairs
• Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on field experience
• Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address any product design or performance issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements

• Technical degree / equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the aerial work platform / heavy machinery industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Experience with equipment rental companies in Germany is highly desirable
• Valid EU driver's license and readiness for frequent travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and German, written and spoken
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
