MTO Marketing Specialist

Overview

The MTO Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop and execute MTO (Market-to-Order) marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition and business growth.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and operational objectives.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Manage digital marketing activities across channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs, analytics, and ROI.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Content & Brand Management: Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing content including campaign messaging, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Content & Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed marketing reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must possess a valid U.S. work permit or work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
