We are seeking a Customer Service Agent with at least upper‑intermediate English skills to join our multilingual customer care team.

In this role you will provide live chat support, handle inquiries promptly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You must be personable, reliable, a team player with a customer service mindset, capable of multitasking and staying calm while handling queries with a smile.

Main Responsibilities

• Acquire product knowledge to respond accurately and swiftly to customers.
• Report common issues and flag any urgent matters.
• Approach customers proactively about select promotions.
• Support with translations as the native language speaker.

Must‑haves

• Fluent written and spoken English (the official office language).
• Interest in learning about iGaming and expanding technical knowledge.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including 3 night shifts from 5 or exclusively night shifts.
