• Complete site selection and expansion of automotive delivery centers in line with company strategic plans.
• Extensive experience in automotive store site selection, especially 4S store projects and resources.
• Skilled in delivery center site planning, project evaluation, lease negotiations, store construction, and end-to-end project preparation.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to adapt to a rigorous work system, maintaining diligence and strong responsibility.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of store expansion experience.
• Possess abundant 4S store or delivery center project resources, with knowledge in engineering and legal affairs.
• Skilled in business negotiations and negotiation techniques.
• Familiar with office and engineering software tools.
• Proficient in English as a working language.
