New Business Account Executive - DACH Enterprise Sector. Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for building relationships at the C-level and closing complex enterprise deals? At Colt, we’re expanding our footprint across the DACH region and looking for a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive growth and shape the future of enterprise connectivity.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated business development team that handles outreach and lead generation—freeing you to focus on engaging senior decision-makers, building trust, and orchestrating high-impact solutions that deliver real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead strategic sales engagements with large enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies.

What You Bring

Recent and relevant success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
Experience selling into large German enterprises, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to win.
