Non Retail Property & Liability Claims Advisor (all genders)

As part of the development of its activities, Foyer Assurances is seeking a Non‑Retail Claims Advisor (m/f) for its Operational Department.

Join a friendly working environment and a team of 10 specialists in property damage and professional/family liability claims.

You will contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction for both private and professional clients, in line with the company's values.

Handle requests from clients or agents by providing the highest level of service in the processing of claims and settlement operations.

Identify client needs, analyse and verify the conditions for accepting the claim (technical rules, completeness of documentation, applicable coverage, liability, etc.).

• Inform, advise, and support clients throughout the management of their claim.
• Manage claim files in an amicable or legal context and issue instructions to lawyers or experts. Rely on the findings of the investigation (expert reports, technical or legal statements, etc.) to take a position on coverage and determine appropriate compensation proposals.
• Process indemnity payments and service provider invoices as the work progresses.
• Communicate with the opposing party when necessary to assert the company's rights or to reach the best possible settlement, primarily within an amicable framework.

Your role involves handling physical and digital documents, as well as managing inbound and outbound calls.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Banking, Insurance, or Law, and you are eager to grow and fully develop your skills in the insurance sector.
• You communicate with ease, strive to provide clarity, and enjoy working collaboratively.
• You are enthusiastic, persuasive, and skilled in argumentation and negotiation.
• You are fully proficient in French, German, and English.
