• Prevention & consulting: preparing risk assessments, carrying out safety inspections and advising on the design of workplaces and processes.
• Management: Support and further development of the areas of energy, environmental and hazardous substance management (EHS).
• Training: Conducting instruction for the workforce on occupational safety and environmental issues.
• Analysis: Identification of risks, accident analyses and derivation of effective corrective measures.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and supporting internal audits.

Your profile

• Qualifications: Degree in engineering, safety engineering, environmental protection or a comparable qualification including training as an occupational safety specialist (FaSi) .
• Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 3-5 years+). We particularly welcome applicants from safety consulting or engineering firms who are versatile and quick to grasp new ideas.
• Know-how: Knowledge of environmental management is a big plus; ideally you are familiar with ISO 45001.
• Mindset: Agile, strong communicator and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a team and have a strong service mentality.
• Languages: Business fluent German (accent not an obstacle) and good English skills.
