Fundament Advisory is an independent investment manager focusing on German residential assets. Responsibilities

• Evaluation of new opportunities (business model, business plan, etc.)
• Building financial models and conducting valuations
• Preparation of draft presentations for current and prospective projects
• Supporting the due diligence process of new targets
• Benchmarking and industry analysis
• Conducting market research
• Supporting our asset management specialists in employing value-maximizing strategies for our portfolios; coordination with external providers and property managers

Qualifications

Qualification and skills

• A strong interest in finance, real estate, M&A, private equity and related sectors
• Bachelor or master’s students in economics, finance, real estate or a related discipline with outstanding academic performance
• Ability to work within a small and dynamic team
• Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly grasp new tasks and contents
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (this will be tested)
• Fluency in both German and English
• Previous experience in corporate finance or real estate is an advantage, but not a requirement
