Office Manager (w/m/d) - with fluent English + German

Project description Join our Stuttgart team as an Office Manager, where you will enhance the office experience and deliver exceptional service!

Responsibilities Oversee daily office administration and overall office management Implement, maintain, and continuously improve office procedures Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and service delivery Ensure office cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and Health & Safety compliance Coordinate incoming mail, shipments, and meeting room reservations Support visitors and colleagues with professionalism and efficiency Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations Generate and analyze reports related to office space and equipment utilization Manage purchase orders and oversee internal procurement workflows Monitor, optimize, and plan office space utilization and workplace arrangements Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and reorganizations with management Conduct regular office inventory checks and resolve discrepancies Provide remote support and training to the Real Estate & Facilities team as needed Travel to our Boeblingen office on demand
