Overview

On behalf of our customers we are looking for an Office Operations Manager (m/f/d) at our Düsseldorf location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Tasks

• Organization and optimization of office operations and processes
• Responsibility for reception, facility and office services
• Coordination of suppliers, service providers and external partners
• Budget planning and cost control for office operations
• Support of management in administrative tasks
• Supervision of office projects and events

Your Profile

• Completed commercial education or degree in business administration
• Several years of experience in office or operations managementdesirable
• Very good English skills, German knowledge an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and office tools
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Hands-on mentality, communication strength and team orientation
